Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter/Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition process. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with potential customers over the phone to set appointments for in-home consultations. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will help them understand the benefits of choosing Statewide Windows & Doors.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers provided through leads and databases to introduce them to our products and services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with interested homeowners.
  • Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our windows and doors, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Goal-Driven: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Call Center Environments is a plus!

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
  • Strong ability to engage and connect with potential customers over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
