I recently had a sliding door replaced that I was completely stressed with the integrity of my existing door. I had a sliding door from 1983 (from the original build) and it was scary. My son is 9 years old and this is the house all of my son’s friends call home. I was very worried about this for safety issues .WE FINALLY FEEL SAFE NOW! I reached out to Pierson Massillon to resolve my concerns with the absolute respect, understanding and efficiency I needed. I was not only taken care of in a timely fashion but the comfort level I received, was over the top! I had the absolute privilege to have Manny and David as my installers . Both of these absolute gentleman couldn’t be more on time, respectful and their work was absolutely beautiful! I am not a person just writing reviews, I am a customer who is relieved and respected by the 3 gentleman I had the pleasure of working with.
